We prioritize a safe and inclusive environment. Disruptive conduct will lead to removal from the event, ensuring everyone enjoys a respectful atmosphere.
Table reservations are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. These do not include event tickets, so please book these separately.
Yes, there is a maximum of 4 guests per hotel room.
Yes, there will be a variety of food and drink options, including Cajun specialties and themed beverages. VIP guests will have access to an open bar.
We encourage guests to dress in Mardi Gras-themed attire! Think gold, purple, and green, and don’t forget your masks and costumes.
Outside alcohol is not allowed in the hotel rooms. We offer a selection of beverages for purchase through room service.
No, event tickets and hotel room bookings are separate. Please ensure you purchase both to enjoy the full experience.
You must be 21 years or older to attend Denver Mardi Gras. A valid ID will be required for entry.
To ensure the safety of all attendees, we strongly suggest using transportation services such as Lyft, Uber, or Light Rail. We also remind all guests to consume alcohol responsibly.
Any person behaving in a disorderly manner, engaging in harassing or uncomfortable behavior, or otherwise failing to comply with this policy may be removed from any KLP-hosted event or refused admittance (including to future Kevin Larson Presents events) at any time in KLP sole discretion. Individuals who are expelled from an event for a violation of this policy will not be provided with a refund.
Including but not limited to:
- Stalking/following
- Fighting
- Deliberate intimidation
- Harassing photography or recording
- Offensive verbal comments
- Unwelcome sexual or physical attention
- Consent is KEY!
The KLP events have a strong focus on positivity, and as such, we kindly request that all attendees bring with them only their most joyful and optimistic thoughts and intentions. Our goal is to cultivate an atmosphere of limitless positive energy, and we believe that this can be achieved by collectively fostering a mindset of happiness and positivity.
Upon entering the event, attendees agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
Indemnification: Attendees acknowledge and agree to indemnify and hold Kevin Larson Presents, its members, staff, sponsors and Venue harmless from any and all loss, costs, expenses, or damages with respect to any injury to person or property of any kind.
Force Majeure: Kevin Larson Presents shall not be held liable for delays or failures in performance under this Agreement due to causes beyond its reasonable control. Such causes may include but are not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, public enemy, civil unrest, labor disputes, labor or material shortages, or restraint by court order or public authority (whether valid or invalid). In the event of such delay, Kevin Larson Presents has the right to provide a reasonable substitute of similar style and value. The rescheduling date will vary depending on the original event preparation.
